Air - a villa in Gelendzhik

It is a modern two-storey house with a flat roof. Its shape resembles a broken letter "H", and the house itself is elongated along the east—west axis. The entrance is on the east side, where there is a garage, porch and a carport for two cars.

In this house, the main thing is space. Starting from the open kitchen-dining room-living room with a second light and ending with the bedroom area. The interiors are breathtaking, especially at sunset. A bright hall on the second floor with a balcony opens onto the living room below, and from the living room there is access to a cozy terrace.

Due to the large glazing to the south, we used shutters: they cut off the hot rays in summer, but let in the sun in winter.

One of the highlights of the house is the exploited roof, which serves as a canopy over the parking lot. An elegant spiral staircase leads to this roof in a transparent "glass" made of white metal tubes. And you can also get here from the game room on the second floor.

On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a balcony facing west, an office with a large window facing east and two children's rooms connected through a playroom.

The SPA complex in the southeastern part of the site deserves special attention. Two paths (from the entrance to the house and from the terrace) lead to a spacious terrace with a swimming pool, a baptismal font and a summer kitchen. The main feature is the panoramic glazing, which offers picturesque forest and mountain landscapes.
