About the project

The variable number of floors and flat roof make the facades of the building expressive and modern. The entrance group with a garage for two cars is combined with the main volume into a single ensemble.

From the entrance, the house seems to be closed: only a high narrow window to the parapet, garage doors and a glass vestibule of the hallway overlook the front garden and the entrance group. The southeastern facade, on the contrary, is open — all its windows overlook this side, and the warm wooden finish sets a cozy mood for the private part of the area.

The main volume is elongated along the southwest—northeast axis. The technical rooms with a separate exit and garage are designed to be functional, but remain "behind the scenes" of everyday life.

On the ground floor: an open space of a kitchen-living room with a second light, two guest bedrooms, a garage and technical rooms. The second floor is given over to a master bedroom, an office, a children's room and another guest room - they are united by a lounge area on the balcony. From the study you can see the living room below, and from the lounge area there is access to the roof in use.
