About the project

The U-shaped layout structure allowed for good space zoning and removed the SPA area from the living and public part. The customer used to live in Spain, so the glazed veranda in the center of the house became an important element of the project.

At the entrance, there is a spacious hallway with a dressing room, a guest bathroom, and a direct exit to the courtyard. The left wing of the house on the northern side consists of a garage, a heat generator, and a SPA complex with its own swimming pool.

The right wing of the house on the southern side consists of a living and public area. This is the master bedroom, the guest room/study, and the kitchen/dining room/living room. The last room in this section is the summer kitchen.

The house has strict shapes that are "diluted" by pylons on both facades. We found a composition of two volumes (dark and light), with a dark core in between.

Panoramic glazing enhances the composition. Corner windows make the house look technologically advanced and modern. In the courtyard, we created a garden that brings the interior closer to the exterior.
