Oasis — a modern one-story house
One of the most comfortable layouts in our portfolio. The house appears along the plot from north to south, harmoniously organizing the scenarios of use. ~This architecture feels light and based on the prairie style with modern solutions creates the image of a floating cloud.
From the porch through the vestibule-hall with a wardrobe, bathroom and boiler room, you get to the heart of the house — a bright kitchen-living room with half-light. From here, you can access a spacious L-shaped terrace with a covered area and views of the property, as well as a patio area with a fire pit and swimming pool.
The eastern part of the living room leads to the residential area of the house. A shared corridor provides access to all the main rooms. This area includes a corner room for work, a convenient laundry room, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two children's bedrooms.
The most secluded part of the house, located in the south, is dedicated to a spacious master bedroom. This is a full-fledged private area for the owners, including a private dressing room and a comfortable bathroom.
Large south-facing windows fill the room with warm sunlight throughout the day, creating a special, bright, and peaceful atmosphere.
