Apartment design from the developer Emaar in Dubai

The project is an exquisite interior design of a premium apartment, made in the style of modern classics. Located in the city center, this luxury apartment combines timeless aesthetics of classic design with modern functional solutions. 

Entrance hall and corridor

The interior of the hallway sets the tone for the entire space — the noble beige shades of the ceiling, natural veneer, marble trim and herringbone parquet create an atmosphere of refined luxury. There is a full-length mirror on the left at the entrance, visually expanding the space, and a design console with an asymmetric mirror on the right. Along the axis of the hallway there is a niche portal lined with veneer with integrated lighting, hooks for clothes and a suspended stone seat with a soft velour mat. Brass fittings, retro toggle switches, flush-mounted doors and spotlights with brass frames emphasize the attention to detail. Decorative moldings and cornices on the walls add a classic charm.

Kitchen-living room

The passage from the hallway to the kitchen-living room is decorated through a spectacular marble portal with architraves. The kitchen facades are made in the same veneer as the hallway, with classic thin paneling and long brass handles. The natural stone apron rises to the ceiling, combining the sides and upper sections. A special emphasis is placed on the upper cabinets with facades for liquid metal (brass), creating a unique visual effect. The built-in hood in the stove allows you to dispense with the traditional box.

The living area includes an asymmetrical Bob sofa in a light shade of boucle fabric, two armchairs with a designer cylindrical base and a dining table with cylindrical bottoms, harmoniously combined with the armchairs. The TV is integrated into a smooth design with inward-curving edges. Two terraces with plants and sun loungers extend the living space to the street.

Master bedroom

The bedroom is connected to an open dressing room area hidden in a niche behind a wall. The sleep zone is symmetrical relative to the left and right sides. The headboard is decorated with a wavy veneer panel with textile inserts — everything is custom-made. There is a bronze-tinged mirror above the headboard. The double headboard provides a layered and complex design.

The ceiling is multi-level: a thin track with cylindrical fixtures is built around the perimeter, followed by LED lighting and the next level with cornices, moldings and a cylindrical molded socket. A unique chandelier made of braided rods with LED lamps creates the effect of weightlessness. In the dressing room there is a rotating oval mirror on a rod with a ceiling mount, the shape of which is repeated on the facades of the wardrobe.

Shower room

The floor and walls are finished with light beige ceramic granite for travertine, which does not reach the ceiling — the upper part of the wall is painted, the junction is decorated through a molding with lighting. Hanging cabinet with two built-in sinks and built-in faucets. The entrance to the shower room and the sink area are lined with portals made of natural stone. Symmetry with respect to the left and right sides is observed in all elements. Two-level ceiling with lighting. In the toilet area there is a niche with a glass door for storing cosmetics and hygiene items. The shower area has built-in plumbing, a rain shower head with ceiling mounting and a niche with a natural stone insert.

Materials and details

Premium materials are used in the entire project: natural wood veneer, marble, herringbone parquet, brass fittings. This combination creates an interior that will not become obsolete morally and will delight the owners for many years to come.
